POLICIES

Booking Fee

We require a 50% non-refundable booking fee on all new scheduled guests.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Requests

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment with no fee. If less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% will be charged to your card on file.

Late Arrivals

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If a guest is 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the scheduled service or reschedule in which there will be a 50% fee charged.

No Shows

If a guest fails to cancel their appointment and no shows, they are required to pay 100% of their scheduled service.
