Deidre Bianco is an innovative professional that aspires to the top of the beauty industry through national and international training in hair and makeup. She is also the creative force behind the life changing makeovers displayed in the “Makeovers” section.

In 1997, at the age of 19, Deidre Bianco earned her State Board of Cosmetic Arts license. She opened Hairplay Inc., in Southern Pines, North Carolina at the age of 26. Through the years she has worked with other professionals in her field to include Tocco Magico USA Platform Artist Mary Dituri of Chicago and Paul Schmidth of Dallas, Tocco Magico Rome Italy Educators Michele Biscarini of Italy and Maria Antonietta Miglietta of Italy, and former Matrix Platform Artist and Charisma Coach for L'Oreal Carole Lyden Smith.
Deidre became a Tocco Magico USA Color Consultant in January of 2008. As an educator for Tocco she was responsible for training other salon stylist and owners. She has attended Tocco Magico updates in North Carolina, New York, Texas and Rome, Italy. She also worked as back stage support for Tocco Magico at the Beauty System Group (BSG) Fashion Focus hair shows in Baltimore, MD (2008) and Charlotte, NC (2009). At the 2010 Charlotte hair show she finished various color techniques and styles for the Tocco Magico Platform Artist. After attending a hands on razor class held by the Nick Arrojo team, Deidre was able to perfect her method and approach to razor cutting. At the 2011 Premiere Orlando hair show Deidre was introduced to the Ouidad cutting method. She took the “carve and slice” technique home and began applying it to her many curly haired clients. Amazed by the effectiveness of the system she decided to attend the certification program held at their flagship salon in NYC. As a protégé of the Ouidad education team she added the Ouidad cutting technique to her repertoire of certifications.

Joana is an enthusiastic and compassionate bilingual hair consultant experienced in working with an array of hair types, techniques and products. She attended Sandhills Community College and earned her Cosmetology License in 2018. Joana began in the industry as an intern. During this time, she had the opportunity to experience the workplace and understand the hair industry. She began working as a stylist in the summer of 2018. Joana is passionate about helping others to look and feel their best. She continues to expand her knowledge and keeps up to date on latest techniques for hair coloring, color correction, hair cutting, up-styling, makeup applications, and anything else that may pertain to the beauty industry.
